If you are unhappy with your jewellery please message us with the details. If you wish to return an item for a refund, we are happy to do so within 14 days from the sale as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition that it was sold. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for the item minus any postage costs we have incurred (including those incurred with our free postage option).
If there is a manufacturing fault with the item, once it is returned and examined we will issue a full refund plus postage costs.
